Til (Tongue)
Python, Video Archive, Website Design, Research 2023 ~
Til traces the connection between string instruments and one’s reunion with the knowledge of their past, which empower the possibility of (re)imaging the future through instrumental sound and video. The video collage unravels emotions that are triggered by string instruments played in familiar environments for anyone to reconnect with media representations that are away from other gazes. Til is composed from an archive of video found online.
